What is the cost to stage my home? The cost of the home staging is determined by the size, style and listing price of your home. Because every home is unique in its own way some homes require more or less furnishings. How long does the staging process take? The staging process takes anywhere from two to ten days depending on the size of your home. Do you offer partial staging? Yes. If you would like a few rooms staged typically the foyer, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bath, that is not a problem. Do you sell any of the furnishings? Yes. Because we own all of the furniture and accessories you see in our staged homes just give us a call and we will be happy to assist you. Do you stage homes that are currently occupied? No, we do not co-mingle our furniture with our clients. We do however offer our staging services at an hourly rate by going through your entire home and giving you an honest professional opinion on what we think needs to be done before you put it on the market. We take a thorough evaluation of your home inside and out to determine which of your furnishings and accessories would look best in each room utilizing the most from what you already own. We will advise you on what you may be missing in certain rooms like paint colors, light fixtures, furniture and the right accessories.
